No, I didn't climb Mr. Borah again. However, I finally got my hands on the pictures we took last year when we climbed it. (click here for original post) As a reminder, Mt. Borah is the tallest peak in Idaho (12,662 feet) with a trail that climbs 5000 feet in 3 miles.. lets [...] Borah Peak, Idaho, 12,662 feet. August 18, 2007 – a day to go down in history. It was the day I tackled and conquered the highest peak in Idaho. And it was also the toughest day of my life. 6:30 am Saturday morning – four of us head out of camp with the goal [...] On a whim I took off by myself and went camping in the mountains by Ketchum, ID. I pulled off the side of the road in a small meadow, laid out my sleeping bag (no tent) and stared up into the Milky Way (stars, not the candy bar).[@more@] As I laid there [...] This sucks – my left knee is going out… similar to what happened this summer while I was hiking.
